Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "c777x", "we", "us", "our" refers to the c777x platform, operated under international gaming license, and accessible at https://c777x.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with c777x or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by an individual on the c777x platform.
• "Platform" refers to the c777x website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and transaction services available at c777x.org.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer titles, slots, table games, crash games, and instant-win products available on the platform.
• "Sports Betting" refers to the sports wagering vertical on c777x, covering cricket, PSL, snooker, and other sports markets.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, welcome bonuses, or reload bonuses credited to a player's account by c777x.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits and winnings held in a player's account denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds or a deposit must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including CNIC-based identity verification required by c777x's compliance procedures.

By accessing the c777x platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, along with the c777x Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the c777x platform and close your account by contacting customer support.

Access to and use of the c777x platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which a player maintains an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. c777x applies a strict 21+ age restriction to all players, consistent with international gaming license requirements. Age is verified via CNIC documentation.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of c777x or any associated entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or voluntary exclusion restriction applied through c777x or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be registered under another active c777x account. Only one account per individual is permitted.

To access real-money gaming and betting on c777x, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, c777x requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This includes submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may include proof of address and proof of payment method. c777x reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including during the review of deposit or withdrawal requests.

One Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on c777x. Registering multiple accounts for any reason — including circumventing bonus restrictions or account suspensions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. c777x will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month, deducted from any available Real Money balance. You will be notified before such fees are applied.

All financial transactions on c777x are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c777x does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your c777x balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business days to clear. c777x does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — you may only fund your account from payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed same-day for verified accounts during business hours. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. c777x reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements.

Disputed Transactions: If you believe a transaction on your account is incorrect, you must notify c777x within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. c777x will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days.

c777x may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• A standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies unless the individual promotion specifies a different multiplier.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings will expire and be removed if the requirement is not met within this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published on individual promotion pages.
• c777x reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploiting a technical error, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings and may result in account suspension.

All Games available on the c777x platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the relevant game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Play'n GO). Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to each game before playing.

Game outcomes on c777x are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. c777x does not have the ability to alter game outcomes or RNG seeds once a game round has commenced.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved using the last valid game state recorded by the platform. c777x's decision in such matters is final.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific return to any individual player in any individual session.

Sports betting on c777x, including cricket, PSL, snooker, and other available markets, is subject to the following terms:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or where the result is known at the time of placement will be voided.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. c777x reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event.
• For cricket and PSL markets, where a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or affected by weather, settlement rules follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Otherwise, c777x's in-house settlement rules apply.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are published in the sports betting section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• c777x reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in error, exploits a pricing error, or was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Settlement of markets is based on official results at the time of final whistle or match completion. Subsequent amendments to official results will not affect settlement unless the original result is formally reversed by the governing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c777x platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with Games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any systematic strategy using bonus funds with the intent to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes on the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c777x staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

c777x is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices for all players in Pakistan. We recognise that gambling can become problematic and have implemented a range of tools to support players in managing their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your c777x account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be notified as your limit approaches.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written consent of c777x.

The c777x name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of c777x. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c777x and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

c777x does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. c777x will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

c777x's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits c777x's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

c777x collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the c777x platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

c777x implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption on all sessions, secure storage of CNIC and identity documents, and access controls limiting data visibility to authorised personnel only.

c777x will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC service providers as required for platform operation and compliance.

c777x reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, c777x will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the c777x platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date noted at the top of the document, shall always be accessible on the platform. Previous versions are available on request by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under c777x's international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant authority under c777x's gaming license.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and c777x with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
